Other than this slight complaint the game is very good and I would definitely recommend to those interested in open-world adventures and especially those interested in crime-dramas. No complaints will be made by me today, although I would criticize the gameplay mechanics as rather clunky and obsolete, though the game was developed in 2011 so I'll cut some slack in that regard. The game in itself is great, and the story poses as a formidable candidate as one of the most emotionally driven stories of all time. However, unbeknownst to him, Hollywood has many unnerving secrets of its own, and as the story progresses Phelps begins to unravel these secrets while also battling his own demons. Throughout the game Phelps solves many daunting and unsettling cases, and as a result gets promoted drastically through the ranks.

You control the protagonist Cole Phelps as he attempts to abandon his past life as a former marine and set foot into a life of normalcy as a LAPD officer.

Great game set during the Golden Age of Hollywood.
